YOUR MAMAS NOTES: Spears has been trying to unload this place for 2 years people. If Your Mama remembers correctly the pop tart first listed this place around $4 million. Poor thing had to reduce, reduce, reduce. It's not like she needs the money, but it's not easy seeing your home get discounted. Funny thing is, she rarely stayed there when in NYC...she prefers hotels. The soon to be ex-Mrs. Federline is also selling her current home, a $13.5 Malibu estate not far from the famed Malibu Colony. I'm not convinced her relationship with that lily white wannabe rapper person is over quite yet (these babies love the drama), but all of us here at realestalker.com wish her the best and hope she'll keep her nether regions covered up in the future.

UPDATE: Okay children, Your Mama knew there was something strange about the information posted on other blogs and real estate websites about the sale of this lady's NYC quatro-plex...most reported that this apartment sold for around $4,000,000 having been reduced from $6,000,000. And babies, Your Mama is sorry to say we originally went along with that information, even though we are familiar with this building and KNOW in our soul an apartment in this building could not have fetched that much money. So we did some additional research and down deep in our archives we found the actual listing for this property. And the listing price was $2,200,000. Your Mama thinks perhaps Ms. Spears people planted that inflated price...not sure why. Any thoughts on why they would do that?
